By accessing our website, booking a service, or interacting with a mentor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Covitual is an online platform that connects users seeking guidance with qualified mentors ("Mentors") for psychoanalytical, wellbeing and learning services.

Our Role: We act as a facilitator to connect you with Mentors. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical or therapeutic advice ourselves. The ultimate responsibility for the services provided rests with the Mentor.

• Booking a Session: To book a session, you must complete the booking process on our website. By doing so, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of booking.

• Payment: Payment is processed through our secure third-party payment gateway. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due.

• Currency: All fees are listed and processed in actual currency fees. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

• Cancellation by You: You may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed during the booking process.

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you can receive a refund.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, you may not be eligible for a refund.

• No-Show: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full fee, and no refund will be provided.

• Cancellation by Mentor: If a Mentor needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

By using Covitual, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.

• Treat all Mentors, staff, and other users with respect. Harassment, abuse, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

• Use the platform solely for its intended purpose; to seek guidance and personal development.

• Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

All content on the Covitual website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the information provided by Mentors. Your relationship with a Mentor is a personal one, and you are responsible for your own well-being and decisions.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covitual is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or your interactions with any Mentor.

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that is harmful to our platform or community.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
